Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date, unless otherwise stated.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags must still be attached (if applicable).

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Intimate apparel

  • Earrings or body jewelry

  • Beauty or personal care items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

If you’d like, I can adjust this list to match your actual store items.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, if available.

If the item is out of stock, we may issue store credit or a refund according to your preference.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48–72 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

7. In-Store Returns 

Items purchased online may be returned in-store (if you want to allow this).
Items purchased in-store must be returned to the same store location unless otherwise stated.

8. Store Credit

Store credit may be offered instead of a refund upon request.
Store credit does not expire unless stated otherwise.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your bank/credit card provider—it may take time before your refund officially posts.
